CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If your booking includes booking fees, these fees are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel a booking, we advise you to do so as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION FEES

In case of no-show, the first night will be charged without extras, except for non-refundable bookings, for which 100% of the booking without extras will be charged.

In case of cancellation, you will be reimbursed the full amount minus the cancellation fee.

Security deposit: a credit card is required to guarantee the booking. The total amount of the booking will be charged the day before arrival.

VAT

Prices are quoted including VAT and local tax.

PAYMENT AND BOOKING CONFIRMATION

Payments must be made with one of the following cards. Your bank card details will be encrypted with an SSL (Secured Socket Layer) protocol of up to 128 bits. Bank card details may not be transmitted over the Internet if they are not encrypted.

Extras (bar, telephone, etc.) that are not specifically mentioned as included in the price are payable in the establishment.
